Jumping Beans

The Jumping Beans are infants about one year in age to sixteen months.  This room is a transition room from infants to toddlers.  They will prepare infants for the busy life of exploring toddlers by developing a structured schedule like mealtime, nap time, group time, art time and play time. Staff will still cater to the needs of each individual child, but as they prepare for the toddler room they will learn to adapt to the toddler schedule.

Some of the big changes that happen in this room are transitioning from sleeping in a crib to sleeping on a cot (and napping once a day), bottles to sippy cups, sitting at a table during mealtime rather than a highchair and using utensils at mealtime.
